The first few times I could not get the jobs to run properly. On December 15th I setup two maintenance jobs using the maintenance wizard. The backups of my databases had been working perfect for about 6 weeks, ever since we go this new SQL server setup. The SMSQL backup really just makes a backup job that I can viewĪnd schedule in SQL Server Management Studio. Netapp's Snapdrive is also installed on the SQL server, it works in conjunction with SMSQL to do the backups. Is Netapp and I use their product called Snapmanger for SQL (SMSQL) to do backups.
